CTS does business in more than 70 countries, offering a complete range of centrifugal, reciprocating and rotary air compressor products, systems and services.
General Description:
We have an opportunity at our Mocksville, NC manufacturing plant for a transformational human resources manager to lead the HR function while being a strategic member of the plant leadership team. This position requires leadership in the areas of Talent Management, Change Management, Organizational Capability-building, Team Effectiveness, Coaching, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations.
Specific Responsibilities:
Function as a strategic HR business partner to develop and execute critical business and organizational strategies for the Mocksville plant.
Be a credible coach and trusted business partner to leaders, as well as a strong employee advocate.
Develop and execute HR plans, processes, and programs aligned with business objectives, including organizational design, succession planning, talent management/acquisition, goal alignment, engagement and communications.
Provide leadership in talent management, talent development and succession planning processes to ensure the right capabilities for continued success.
Serve as an expert in change management processes to positively impact organizational effectiveness.
Drive and enable cultural transformation to support a Progressive, Diverse, and Inclusive environment and Winning Culture.
Collaborate with other HR leaders to share best practices and improve our HR operating system.
Lead a team of an HR Generalist and HR Associate Development Program (ADP) / Intern professionals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field required.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in Human Resources including experience as an HR Business Partner (PHR / SPHR certification is a plus).
Demonstrated strategic thinking and execution with proven, measurable results for positively impacting business performance.
Strong talent management, leadership development, performance management, and organizational development experience.
Demonstrated success in creating an environment of trust with clients where integrity is unquestioned.
Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communications skills.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
