This person will work closely with the Senior Vice President of Distribution to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
Responsibilities for the Order Process Coordinator: Use ERP to review account orders regarding inventory availability and ensure merchandise ships on time Maintain and update the priority schedule for Case Pack and Flow Rack orders Oversee inventory analysis Communicate with warehouse personnel to coordinate product transfers to fulfill account orders Keep open lines of communication with Customer Service Representatives regarding timing of inventory deliveries Qualifications for the Order Process Coordinator: BA/BS in business, computer science, or math related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience if non-degreed Ability to thrive in a deadline-drive and collaborative environment Strong Excel skills (ability to manipulate data using pivot tables, vlookup, and formulas) Excellent project management and leadership skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
