Multi-crafted maintenance technician with at least 5-years experience. Must possess a variety of experience and in-depth knowledge in areas such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, industrial controls, plumbing, HVAC, welding and wood processing equipment. PLC skills a plus. Responsible for troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of production machinery. Will be working with distributed automated controls, PLC's, boiler and heating processes, electrical sensory devices, electronic drives and AC/DC motors. Must be self-motivated and able to analyze and resolve machine related problems. Occasional weekend work/overtime required.

Diagnoses equipment failures and repair problems as they arise. Makes programs enhancements for continued improvements. Experience with large machinery a plus. Concentration:
knowledge of Siemens S7 and S5 programming along with Profibus experience
2) Multi-crafted maintenance technician:
Must possess a variety of experience and in depth knowledge in areas such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, Industrial Controls, plumbing, HVAC, welding, and wood processing equipment; PLC skills a plus.
Minimum of five years of experience as a maintenance technician or equivalent. Primary duties are the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of production machinery in support of the overall production process. Ancillary duties in support of plant and service equipment.
Will be working hands on with distributed automated controls and PLC 's. Boiler and heating process's, Electrical sensory devices, electronic drives, AC/DC motors. Machinery Hydraulics for press process and associated equipment, repair of pumps, valves and cylinders. Pneumatic and Vacuum systems as relates to machine process.
Requires ability to use standard test and measurement equipment, able to accurately read and utilize technical drawing, diagrams and prints. Must be able to work/stand for long periods of time, work at heights up to 16-40 feet. This is a hands on position in a continuous production environment.
Looking for self-motivated individuals able to analyze and resolve machine related production problems. Open positions for all shifts, preference for 2nd/3rd. Occasional weekend overtime may be necessary. Pay is commensurate with experience and demonstrated knowledge. General testing will be required prior to employment offer.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
