The successful candidate will have had experience being responsible for overseeing the sales and management of sales and finance, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales goals.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for the following:
1.
Inspecting the exterior and interior of homes to include roof damage.
2.
Inspecting homes to see if they qualify for a new roof.
3.
Working with both the homeowner and large property owners.
4.
Meeting with the property representative and insuring best options for scope of work.
5.
Assist homeowner with choosing their new roof.
Requirements:
1.
Must have a positive, honest and caring personality.
2.
Must be willing and able to get on roofs and carry a ladder.
3.
Reliable and on time for all appointments.
4.
Reliable transportation and phone.
5.
Self-motivated and well organized.
6.
Computer skills necessary.
7.
Willing to travel within 60 miles of the Charlotte area.
8.
Willing to generate new leads.
9.
Basic tools, ladder, roofing shoes.
10.
This is a high commision position Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$150,000.
00 - $225,000.
