Summary:
Maintain facilities and help with CAPEX projects Perform checks on HVAC equipment, air compressors and building Prioritize tasks, order parts as needed, and make repairs Monitor progress of outside contractors Help manage facilities projects Assist in resolving issues with new equipment during start-up Strong electrical experince up to 480 volts, PLC experience a plus Self motivated Communicate with vendors Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical equipment Follow LOTO procedures Quality - Ensures quality by continually watching for any abnormality and reporting it timely Safety - follows company procedures and uses material and equipment per manufacturers' directions Other duties as assigned Requirements:
Employee must have a two year degree in electro-mechanical or a combination of education and experience.
Additionally, he/she must possess good problem solving skills, basic math skills, along with good interpersonal skills.
Working harmoniously with co-workers while exhibiting a can-do attitude is critical to success.
Employee must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a somewhat frequent basis.
Environment:
Work area is a manufacturing environment which is not climate controlled year round with noise levels ranging from moderate to loud requiring hearing protection.
8am - 5pm M-F 40

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
