The most important aspect of this hire is to get someone who is upbeat, motivated, and has a very positive attitude.
You will be the face of the practice when people call or enter the building.
Cheerfulness and ability to work with the public is absolutely necessary.
Greeting patients as they arrive and answering the phones.
Scheduling and cancelling patient appointments.
Completing and filing insurance forms and dental billing records.
Translating dental services into proper billable codes.
Communicating with dental supply vendors.
Office duties including document filing, scanning, and creation Verifying insurance Dental front desk experience is required.
