The opportunity Gildan is currently recruiting for Preventive Maintenance Spinning/ Winding, and Robot Technicians, Monday-Friday for the Mocksville facility.
Also, Spinning/Winding and Robot Shift Technicians for 12-Hour Shifts.
Technicians will be responsible for the efficient operation of machines in a yarn manufacturing environment.
Positions available are on both Day and Night Shifts The role As a technician, each member of the team will work to keep the manufacturing equipment running safely, efficiently, and smoothly.
Each technician will need to have the flexibility to work overtime and on a call-in schedule to support manufacturing needs.
What you will bring to the role Knowledge & Professional Experience Minimum of 1-year Ring Spinning Technical Experience preferred Minimum of 1-year Electrical Maintenance Knowledge & Experience preferred Attributes Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Understand and demonstrates skills in maintenance Good hand & eye coordination with hand dexterity Ability to work in a cotton environment What's in it for you?
